- Please label each image with your last name. If your name is not attached to the downloaded files, it is immensely difficult to keep track of and manage your valuable submissions. We want to see your work and give it the attention it deserves.
- Cover letter section should include contact information, a third-person author biography (3–5 sentences in length), and an image list including titles, art medium, size, and the year it was made. This context helps us decide a lot of things in terms of layout and design when publishing your work.
- Images should be set, at minimum, 300 ppi and generally will not appear larger than 6" by 9".
